Its kind of interesting that Chunks mentioned meeting in a public place first. Recently I got a phone call out of the blue from a girl who said another girl gave me her number. Asked me if I was looking for a "date. " I chatted with her for a minute, nothing in any way could be construed as sexual, then asked her to meet for coffee. See, I of course can't tell at that point if that supposed person was a minor or someone perhaps posing as a minor, so coffee.

He was charged with misdemeanor soliciting. If I was him I'd sue the fuck out of them. Grady Judd is also notorious for doing it in Florida, with many of the guys getting their cases dismissed. Baltimore proper is a great place to go as of now, but MD has very sophisticated stings with their statute called "assignation" which allows them to perform the immediate detainment / and or arrest when you get in the room even if you say nothing specific. Say anything specific you get assignation and prostitution-general, and you almost always will be found guilty. Mosby the prosecuting attorney stopped prosecuting these statutes and other victimless crimes there a few years back, but she is now under indictment if she is removed from office they may start enforcing the law again. I am definitely going to be checking out Ann Arbor when I get my shit together and find the time to make the trip, they have no intention on prosecuting consenting sex work at the moment according to the articles.

Oh yeah, she is rough.
