I thought they could only triangulate using multiple cells which allows them to get moderately close (like a neighborhood) but not accurately pinpoint your location like they can with GPS.

This and I heard "rumors" that out of state guys were let go after paying hefty fines of upto $2300. Nice haul for the govt.

I believe it 100 percent, that would explain why all of the guys arrested listed there are from our county or close by counties. No way in hell they only got local guys through that whole operation, no possible way. I bet you some of them stemmed from the spinoff liberty sting ad that I think it was Budd posted. It was operated by twilio and if you look through my post I provided a direct link to 2020's liberty sting ad you can see it was the same woman in the pics just different hair, also twilio operated.

In theory I'm sure they could . But that's an absolute shit ton of man power and cost for a low probability of anything of substance materializing for them as it pertains to charges they can even press, let alone make stick. They have a hard enough time getting stuff to stick on the guys they catch, nothing on this board is admissible evidence, for all we know it could be all made up and I'm sure a good portion of it is.

If you're really concerned about it when you write a review just say that you were there a different time or day then you actually were. but unless youre a politician or something like that, youre fine. VPNs arent going to make much of a difference though, you can browse SKG all day and look at their bogus ads all day, its if you respond to them and show up where the issue comes in. A VPN isn't going to help if you show up.
