In theory I'm sure they could . But that's an absolute shit ton of man power and cost for a low probability of anything of substance materializing for them as it pertains to charges they can even press, let alone make stick. They have a hard enough time getting stuff to stick on the guys they catch, nothing on this board is admissible evidence, for all we know it could be all made up and I'm sure a good portion of it is.

If you're really concerned about it when you write a review just say that you were there a different time or day then you actually were. but unless youre a politician or something like that, youre fine. VPNs arent going to make much of a difference though, you can browse SKG all day and look at their bogus ads all day, its if you respond to them and show up where the issue comes in. Don't ever use the phone, as in powered up, at a location you want to be tied back to, like home or work. The phone provider logs location data, even if it is just on, and you are not using it.

2. Get a protonmail account and DO NOT link it with any of your phones or other emails (Protonmail says this is for account recovery but who wants that LOL).
3. Buy a burner phone using cash (make sure you are wearing face mask for COVID safety *cough* *cough* Also buy a prepaid card using cash only.
4. Register that number to a fake name / address if you have to.
5. You can use a burner App like "Burner" and create a burner number. I have not tried it yet though.
6. Use revealname.com to do a reverse lookup. I think it was Chunks who found out that sting guys have been using "hosted by Twilio" regularly since it has features to save the convo / texts.
7. When contacting AD, if you are unsure, do not give real name, pictures, address or place of work.
8. Always explicitly mention that you are not looking for anything illegal and just want to talk (just in case).
9. If pigs get to you, do not fold. Do not say anything that could incriminate you. Always ask if you are under arrest or free to go? They may keep you in squad car to mentally break you down. Keep your mouth shut. If you don't say anything they cannot use it against you in court. The more you talk, the more chances you may say something incriminating. Legally you have to give your name and address. That is all I think.
10. If they say you are under arrest, ask for attorney and shut your mouth like a locked box and wait for the attorney.
11. Always use VPN when browsing. NordVPN is good one based outside 5 eyes countries and does not log.

I think other seniors can add / correct these steps.

Agree, this is all good advice, although I think #11 is overkill. Personally, I only follow about 50% of these rules. IMO, the most important rules are #1, 9, and 10. Lastly, I'd add the golden rule: if it looks too good to be true, it most certainly is.
