I been to Love Hope twice. The girls there are mid 7's on the Asian scale. Early to mid 30's (my estimate). Massages are OK, no push there and then over there. So there seems to be some confusion going on between Black Peony and Black Rose. Rub map calles the one on east 71st Peony which is referred to on here as Black Peony. The one on Keystone CT is called Black Rose on Rub Map so it is leading to some not knowing which you are referring to. Not sure which is better or if it matters but I do know it seems less conspicuous at Keystone ct during the day, lots of people around east 71st street businesses in that complex.

I might have missed something but I've never seen Peony on 71st referred to as "Black Peony ". Black Peony is the actual name of the place on Keystone Ct but someone dubbed it "Black Rose" on Rub Maps for some reason. Both refer to the same place. I can't remember seeing any posts about the place on 71st for quite some time.

The other day I went to go see a movie at the AMC but when I went into the theater the entire staff looked like they were in the 50's+. I must have gone on "hire a senior" day or something. I figured if I was that surprised by the people I didn't want to risk the movie also not being not what I hoped for so I moved along to find something else to do.
