If I understand correctly 463 is the new overlay for 317. Similar to how Chicago has 773 & 312 area codes and now 872. I believe down south will have 812 & 930. Would make sense for providers to have overlay area codes as they could be using a burner or "work" phone. I'd worry more about the language and body of the ads and less about area codes. Typically don't put a lot of credit into numbers with area codes several hundred or thousands of miles away, unless it's a reputable traveler like Gigi from the 702.
