    I've never seen her but I had a friend who did and one day for no reason she was blowing his phone up to come see her. Then got really mad because he couldn't see her. So I would guess, drugs and erratic behavior. I have no idea about service but the guy I know wouldn't see her just because of the crazy behavior.
