Ladies can be motivated by money. Sometimes you have to be upfront on what you're desiring and lay the tip down before the flip. It's very possible to get bottom down and top up during a HJ. I have reason to believe pure spa will be reopening under different management. I may be wrong. The curtains never left the front door. Drove by recently and the available sign is gone and lights were on. The property is no longer listed as available either.
