Yesterday I was bored so I started reading forums for different locations across the country to get a feel for what the hobby is like in those areas particularly major city's and in EVERY forum for every city I looked at there was at least one of these "NEVER EVER PAY A DEPOSIT" posts. In fact there were many lengthy discussions on the topic. It is truly a nationwide issue. It seems that the hobby is suffering across the board too as far as inflated GPS pricing and lowered quality of service. After my research how do I feel about our area overall in comparison? VERY good. Some of these locations struggled to amass 2 or 3 legit quality providers whereas I can come up with a dozen from here off the top of my head. Times might be tough, fellas, but we do have a strong area for hobbying.

Agreed. Driving to ORL is a pain, although I had great times at NDS, King and MM in past which is quite remarkable. But I am considering St Pete options for the variety.
