Never been to OC bamboo but there is a couple in SGV that I know of for FS. Garvey therapy being one of them. YMMV on service though.

There are a lot of FS in SGV almost everywhere.

At an AMP, no. The house fee is basically all the house gets. Whatever you negotiate with the girl during the session all belong to her. This is different if the girl works at a private apt or house. The split varies. I have heard 70:30 (girl: house) , or 60:40. They're basically paying for security, room, and marketing.
