As far as why a white guy is there, just act like you belong, I've walked into everywhere from prestigious top of the line hotels to the courtesy inn dressed exactly the same, its all about how you carry yourself. Nobody gives me a second thought, and even if they did, I'm long gone before anything can happen. This time back in the day a cop asked me questions when leaving a regulars house. This was in one of the most dangerous cities in the country where I stuck out like a sore thumb. I gave him nothing and I walked. During that era like 2010-2013 they were taking pictures of cars and sending warning letters in the mail to the address that you were in an area known for prostitution. I got a letter and shredded it. This was in a different state with much more advanced and aggressive enforcement. today they dont even do that and a situation like that would never come about, most departments are simply too overwhelmed with other shit now to be that petty.
