That ticket is just to appear, it alleges violation of PC 647 (b) (2).

It's the burden of proof on the state / county to see that you committed said misdemeanor.

Hopefully either party did not confess to anything nor said anything that alluded to payment or being paid for sex. And it was a mutual / consenting. It just happened to have more than the rub.

I'm not an attorney, you guys should consult one.

On a lighter note, once can say, hey I'm the victim here, I was taken by surprise and thinks just went. "what am I suppose to do?
