The agency will not explicitly offer it so it is largely dependent on the girl you see and if you vibe with them. I used to frequent them quite a bit before their prices got to where they are now and had several BBFS experiences over the years, most of them at no upsell. Iris. I'm not sure when she's coming back but I saw her a few times and we hit it off pretty well. Mid-way through our "training", it was taking me a while for the first load and she hopped back on for BBFS. I did the gentlemanly thing and pulled out.
