I just use my SUV and lower the driver's seat as low as possible. That allows for BJ and FS when I have them get on my lap strip club style. I have also folded down my back seats before but it became too much of a hassle. I got tinted windows at 5% and my windshield is tinted at 35% so on lookers can't see.
