For HH massage I usually tell them right away I want 20 minute back massage and 10 minute front massage. That usually gives them the idea of what you want. Otherwise they'll do the whole 30 min on your back. I never had an issue. Only my very first time I did HH I learned they did all 30 on back.

As far as spending 100 on FS; if you're talking about a CAMP then you going to have to pay more than that. These women may be risking their jobs and even their lives if they are caught doing FS. They know this so they are going to ask for more $$ to do something outside their norm.
