Noting has really been decriminalized. A few DAs around NYC have decided that they will not go after prostitution cases. Some of them believe in the failed Nordic model and will go after customers, but the thought now is not go after someone who may be a "victim" and make it so they feel comfortable in dealing with the police and the system.

I was way too wasted after a night out and I ended up at NYAW after some other places were already closed.
