I don't haggle on rates, but I won't spend my money on inflated prices that aren't backed up by stellar reviews.

Damn 300 for 90 is pretty damn low considering the starting point.

What's the best way to get perscribed prep from doc?

Literally just ask for it. Go to a clinic and get screened and when they ask about history they will often offer it, they now have inexpensive generics hitting the market.
