You're correct. It's 6 months, and a minimum number of posts (25) plus NO infractions. A reminder email to the Admin is often needed.

Yup. As several have already mentioned, he craves the attention. Most senior members take years to get to 200+ posts; he did it in a few months. A lot of seniors have been hobbying for decades, and show that they know the ropes of the arenas of escorts, clubs, massage, and the streets; they don't proclaim it, they just supply good info. The experienced senior mongers have forgotten more than this jagoff ever knew.
