I know the definition of the term GFE is contentious, but traditionally GFE means DFK, DATY, BBBJ, and CFS. I have heard the term "Safe GFE" used to mean that but swap CBJ for BBBJ.

I've heard "Full GFE" be used to imply BBFS, also PSE (but traditionally its just more hardcore, dirty talking, face fucking, deepthroating, maybe anal, but still covered for vaginal or anal sex), and also, most commonly in the current climate, VIP, which I would say is really the only term that generally does mean BBFS.
