The "probable cause" is the website now, and the new statute under "implicit or explicit agreement" means that almost any wording can be used against you for the arrest to be performed unless you are extremely explicit that you're only looking to hang out. Even still they will probably arrest you. Unless you cave and talk to the cops you will be reduced or dismissed. But you do not want to be part of these new modern stings. I can only imagine the sheer shock factor of being pulled over and arrested based on a text message I'm sure it would be very jarring which is probably why they are doing it.
