Do you let the MMS for CP and AG know that you're looking for a reference or just list them?

It's been my experience that KAgencies don't do references, even with each other.

Question was not towards me, but based on my experience I have done that and it has worked. I was able to use reference by AG to get into CP, and used AG and CP to get verified with some other ones. Of course, some places do not accept it this way, esp those that arent K / asian-agencies.
