Been a while since I posted here. Wanted to get advice from the community on a different type of arrangement. A few months ago I came across a 10/10 (even by LA standards) on SA. Scammer rings tend to create as many fake profiles as possible, with one photo, and maybe one line of text, as it's more time consuming to set up a social media back story. Lately I've come across profiles with one photo and zero text.

That being said, more sophisticated scammers, particularly those girls who have been following "sugar baby influencers" on TikTok and Instagram, will verify their accounts and attempt to get money out of you before meeting.

There's a greater amount of bullshit on the site, but it's still possible to find some gems. I just creampied a gorgeous 20-something year old green-eyed redhead last night who didn't ask for any allowance.

Here's my opinion: Your fear of being "on the hook for $3500 a month" should be enough of a red flag but if you've got the cash and $3500 isn't a big deal then go for it. I think this is opening the door for calls of "can you just help me out a little bit this month?" which is a slippery slope.

She sounds wonderful but it's more likely you'll go your separate ways in a few months than you'll be seeing her for the full run of that lease. And money between friends can often end a friendship.

A friend of a mine (hotshot Hollywood producer) has done this on many occasions. He's even bought them cars and paid off student loans, but he's got the cash to burn and he's happy to help out these hotties to keep them all within reach.

The lease is "The Bible" for what you could be in for if this goes bad. Including trying to get her out to turn the keys back over to them. Read it carefully.
