She is the worst of the worst. Usually hangs between 39th and 43rd. Stay away from her. Unfortunately I have no pic. But she's easy to spot. Black very petite / skinny with a piercing on her eyebrow. Usually wears a wig for disguise. Stay Away, you have been warned!

I haven't seen her out in years when she used to be talked about a lot here. FYI the reports were not good and its sounds like nothing has changed.
