What's really become clear to me is more than just the increase in cost, but equally if not more important is the house fee increase. A house fee =money in the bank, a guarantee! Even if things breakdown and you decide to walk, if you've paid the house fee, that ain't coming back, walk or no walk. A higher house fee even ten dollars, is not bettering our position.

Texted back and forth with Rina or Jenni whatever name why'll call her now. Told her I'll be there by 730 and when I got there I checked in, was led to the room and saw her and said "hey! Waipahu might be too far for some but parking should never be an issue. Yes the shopping center's lot can be crowded and it is in bad shape but there is always street parking in the vicinity and it's a pretty safe area. Much more comfortable parking on the street there than near Sunflower or Punchbowl any time.

I think Sunflower has the better looking girls though.
