Depends what kind of service. If you're looking for BBFS then there's a few. Check out Asia Spa, Blue Star Spa, Happiness, and there's indy Angie in CC (someone put a link for him).

If you look at this thread there's mention of a few mature providers that are MT that offer HE/FS.

No this was a while ago. Kinda inconvenient to find parking near CC and to then catch the elevator only to be left hanging in the hallway when no one answers. At least at other places someone opens the door right away.
