90% of these low end providers do this. She probably was getting pounded while you were waiting. Since so many guys schedule with multiple providers (so they have a backup, for this very instance) providers will allow double booking because there's a high probability one of the guys will show up late or won't show up at all, and if they do show up around the same time, theyll usually wait long enough for her to finish up with the previous monger and reply.

My suggestion is to at least give her 20-30 minutes to allow her to finish up with the previous monger and shower. My two cents...
