Is it legal to charge a fee without letting us know? Because if it's not legal then fuck them. I would tell them cancel the fucking fee and fuck them.

Sorry you had a bad experience but it is common knowledge that you need to pay a fee for credit card use. Especially in these types of transactions. Usually 3%-4%. Should they post it? Yup, they should. They also should use their real and update pictures but most don't. Most of these places are not real businesses governed by regulations.
