A little advice.

Text to give all information they could need, and wait. If your time is about to pass or you need confirmation send one text that says something like, "I need to leave now to make it on time to the appointment, please confirm. Thanks! Or "I am outside waiting, just confirming. Thanks!" politeness and straight-forwardness goes a long way with these bookers.

Now I will say that some of the girls with KTE have been hit or miss and I won't attempt to defend them on that. Mostly I have been fairly happy with who I get, but some I have politely made it clear to the booker afterwards that I was not. They have had a number of gems that people will miss out on if you all just write them off.
