I deleted the post and threw the flag because an indictment isn't enough. In many places prosecutors are going to fucking town getting headlines by indicting tons of chicks with aggravated prostitution (prostitution while positive for HIV) and then later simply amending the charge because it's bullshit. They do it for several reasons, it looks good in the papers, it makes johns afraid to fuck chicks in general, and when they don't get convictions they blame the "liberal courts."

It's a simple process to get convicted of that. When a chick gets a prostitution conviction part of the sentence is they have to be screened for STD's. If they have one of the big ones they are offered services and informed that if they get busted for selling pussy, in some places they just need to be loitering near areas with lots of hookers, then they check the record, if they have been previously screened then the conviction of the greater charge is more technical than anything. If they are CONVICTED of that then yes, you can post it, you cannot post it simply for an indictment.

I travel to Cleveland periodically and have been searching for an escort worth trying.
