I'm new to this and went to my first AMP in Renton. I did get a really good massage but no HE or indication of one being available.

What are the known spots in the area?

I always hoped that when all the AMPs in Kent were shut down (City Hall pulled their business licenses a couple years ago and haven't granted any new ones) that Renton would benefit. That hasn't been the case. I know of zero Renton AMPs with good massage as well as FS. So far it seems to be either one or the other.

Zero Extras:
There are only a few Renton AMPs that I know of that don't do any extras: Comfort Spa & Sunset Foot Spa are never. Some places like MediSpa are usually a "no" but have heard reports that maybe one of the providers might.

Minimal / Zero Massage + Full Service:
The FS shops are Renton Spa Alternative (mostly white girls who upsell) and Renton Highlands (Viet girls who upsell and whose service varies wildy depending on how attractive you are).

Massage + HE:
All the rest on RM. Of course, intel changes from day to day with the providers, owners, and locations always in flux. Best bet is to experiment and report back your findings here.

Chinese Fuckery AAMP:
Look for the phone number on RR ending in 0006. Search the forum for "fuckery" and read up before deciding in you want to take the plunge.

Indy Thai Ladies:
Most advertise on TNA and RR. Page (sexy but hard to book), Charlene (great body, OK face, EVERYTHING covered), Mona (good, but not young any more), Jojo (Thai BBW with massive knockers), Gracie (I've never met her because I think she will be too old for me to enjoy), and a smattering of others. Read up on their reviews on TNA to decide if you want to see them. All are CFS if they like you, some are BBBJ if they like you, and YMMV for anything else. I've heard no reports that any do BBFS except Gracie (if she likes you).

+1. On this theme, I also dislike the $70 house fee I've recently seen at some places for 1 hour (it's one reason I haven't been back to A-Health in a while. The other is that Yoyo doesn't like her boobs touched). I like a decent hour-long massage (well, 45 minutes) before a finish. This makes the change less convenient and smooth. For a regular HE visit, I like to take only a Benjamin inside with me. I want the provider to know that I'm not getting off the table or going into my pockets for tip money.

You need to go north or south from Renton to get more than an HE and a decent massage at an AMP.

Fed way has a lot of options now and so does SEA CT with the most being up north by far.

I'd like to see more on the east side if anyone has any good Intel there pm me!

Not going to lie I feel like Fed Way has a lot of shitty options LOL. I live in Kent and have been a frequent flyer in the fed way area. Most of them seem to be the cum fast and get out options. Believe it or not I actually like getting massages and there have maybe been a couple places in Fed Way that actually fulfill the HE and FS while getting a good massage.

But for the most part every place I have been to in Fed Way has been a rush job.

Took the plunge and showed up for a morning appointment at Golden Spa in Lynnwood. Was greeted by Cookie, who has been mentioned here numerous times. Thin body, cute little titties. Table Shower was about 10 minutes then an OK massage as expected. Asked what I wanted and I said everything. She got the hint. There are several here that will go BBFS. There are some that I will show up close to closing with beer and pizza and have a blast. Met a few out for dinner. The language is not an issue for most of them.
