This is a keep your underwear on, process of being stepped (walked) on, and stretched into positions to improve your flexibility, and massaging your muscles. The room is a bed close to the floor that is big enough for the bed, dark and comfortable with poles running along ceiling.

Know knots is FS I don't think it's technically mission valley tho but it's pretty close. Just call them 10-15 beforehand and ask for appointment and they'll let you know if that's available. I've gone there plenty of times and left satisfied majority of the time. Don't expect a good massage LOL. Since reopening from covid they have had a lot of turnover.
