So the one that went off when I sent screening info wound up apologizing a day later. Allegedly she confused my text with someone else. Offered to make it up to me, I passed due to the verbal / text attack. While apparently not directed towards me, the shift in tone / personality was too close to bipolar or managed or something for me to risk it.

Could've just been a blue moon and all the other reasons listed so far but not worth my time and energy dealing with it.

The other two more than likely were just booking as much as possible. Both confirmed appointments. I hit the one up 15 min before arriving, crickets, left, and then about an hour later I got an earful for not showing up.
