I saw Penny at least 100 times in the 90's and early 2000's (maybe even late 80's). I first saw her before the infamous tattoo, she was definitely hall of fame material in her prime. I'm still learning the acronyms and short hand. What is L1?

L0 - DIY (do it yourself) or nothing at all. L1 - HJ (hand job). L2 - BJ / DATY (blow job, dining at the Y). L3 - The kitchen sink.

Note that I said "very" occasional L2 services. There is always a chance that you might find one who goes the extra mile or two more than the others she works with. T+ is one of the places I was thinking about but it's a sure thing. I-Relax, while never at L3 level, has on "occasion" gone to L2. LI on Windy Hill is another place that "might" but again, YMMV, and that is what I was talking about with L2 up and down the 41 corridor. You never know with these Chinese girls. It's a crapshoot but the possibility is always there if you like that kind of adventure. L3? Except for T+, never.
