Never been able to see her

I've reached out to her a handful of times, but she always stops responding when I try to set things up. Maybe try calling her, I've only done text myself.

but In this case this is an issue that I have long felt was deeply important and have spoken out before about unnecessary intrusion into the personal lives of citizens. Fundamentally it is a basic violation of my rights as a human being to attend to my personal medical / biological well-being.

This is a health issue that is both physical health and mental health influences on individuals.

Our society is far worse off when it attempts prohibition of "Sin", Whether it was alcohol or recently marijuana Laws that restrict individuals personal choices I've only proven to be expensive unnecessary waste of time and resources but also cause more harm to individuals and benefit to society.

And of course criminalizing the financial transactions for the worlds "oldest profession" is constantly wasting law enforcement resources and therefore taxpayers money. Criminalizing the The actions of an individual that is seeking the most basic human interaction between two individuals Is insanity if you really think about all the implications involved in this policy.

It is absolutely no interest of the government what two consenting adults do behind closed doors.

    Criminalizing sex is just wrong.
Exactly why you don't want to let them create a digital dollar where they can track your transactions. AI and ML is going to make it so much easier to monitor and control activities where they will allow you to spend your money. It kind of reminds me of people that receive food stamps EBT and trade their benefits for cash so they can spend it on their personal choice goods and services. Imagine us having to pay for services using a barter system.

    My take

The only advice I'd be taking is to find an experienced lawyer and let them deal with. I'd take their advice, not random comments from the net. A good lawyer can get you out of anything. Robert Kraft was caught on camera.

Massage Parlor raids I get, but I just don't see the point of sting operations that target the men just looking for pleasure. The demand will always be there so why not target the supply instead.

Why "target" anybody, Amnesty International has already done the foot work and supplied the answer.

    Commentary:

Why go after the men? Fairness. Gender plays no role here. The sting sometimes targets "johns" while at other times it targets "prostitutes. " The men are the demand side, and the women the supply. Law enforcement can attack either. The law does not discriminate.

When arrested, the police basically have two options: They can take you to jail, book you, and then either release you on you own recognizance or set bail and lock you up. The other option is release you with a citation, or what is know as a "cite out. " This citation is not your ordinary traffic ticket, however. It is a promise to appear on a Misdemeanor charge. The same appearance you would make had you been booked and bailed out or, if not bailed out, the same appearance you would make within the prescribed 72 hours of being in jail. It is basically the arraignment.

As far as the motions and delay and all, this might not be in your best interest. The problem is not going to linger and go away. It's NOT one of those "the officer won't show" tickets one can easily win by just showing up. It is NOT a traffic citation. It's a fairly serious criminal matter that has the potential to put you in jail and leave you with a serious record. Do not it take lightly. It's almost a 100 percent certain you will be convicted if you go to trial. You want this crap to go away fast!

The best way to handle this is to delay as much as possible. Hire a aggressive lawyer and have him file a bunch of motions. Plead not guilty at the arraignment & demand a trial. There is a good chance the city attorney will drop the case. If they don't then show up on the day of the trial and see if they drop the case. If not change your plea to guilty & have your lawyer negotiate a plea. The thing to remember is that these are misdemeanor cases & city attorney does not want to waste time & resources on minor offense like prostitution.

Do NOT appear by yourself. You must retain a lawyer. I will say it again, You Must Retain a Lawyer

If, for the most part, you are a good fellow, your lawyer will make a deal, and possibly have the charge (solicitation) reduced down to something more pleasant, like disturbing the peace or some other minor infraction.

You will pay a fine and go on summary (informal) probation. You will avoid a record.

The police most likely have everything they need to convict you, but a case like this rarely goes to trial. You really need to apologize and plea for forgiveness and leniency. This is all you can really do.

These cases are rarely fought. Okay, so now tell us how it went down. I'm sure we all want details!

I was a bit surprised that the vice was only issuing tickets Summer Stephen announced about a year ago that people arrested prostitution related violations had were required to taken to jail. My guess that is that police has changed their policy due to Covid. I have heard in the past that judges were quite hard on prostitutes. This one SW that I knew told me that when she was arrested the judge sentenced her to 2 weeks in jail. The odd thing was that this was the first time she had been arrested for prostitution.

Went up to the room, knocked, she let me in told me to make myself comfortable, once I was in, the sheriff came out from where the beds are and handcuffed me. Same situation as LatinLover, I was given a ticket and a court date in June.

Explicit sex acts mentioned in ad, no face photo, price too low for hot girls, no posting history, incall only. Use your big heads out there guys and stay safe.
Looked at the pictures and then the prices stated. Ladies looking that good don't charge $140.

When she showed up, she gave me a super bad vibe that something was wrong. I asked for a massage and she said that she didn't provide that service. When I asked her to stay and watch a movie with me, she left. Based on the vibe she gave, there was no fucking way that I was going to ask her for anything sexual.

Again, hope you're able to plea out, thanks for letting us know and keep us posted!
Sorry to hear what happened to the guys. I remember once about a year ago, there were 2 girls on alligator and when I called one of them, someone threatened to send all of my info to 5-0. Another big red flag for me is when someone asks, "Well what do you want?" I always respond by saying, "well my back has been very stiff lately, do you think you could help me?" If they push beyond that, I block them.

From what you guys say, it sounds like the police are making the agreement by phone or text (which alone is useless) and then luring the perpetrator to a hotel (which becomes the "act in furtherance"). The perpetrator shows up and both conditions are now satisfied. The arrest is made.

This is far more risky for a hobbyist vis-a-vis police having to do the agreement in person! When you agree by phone, text, or whatever other form of communication, you are already half-baked in advance. All you have to do now is show, and you are done! Really screwed up crap. Moral of the story: Do not discuss sex and money with anyone, ever! However, if you must, make 100 percent sure the person is not the police first!
Try calling the cops or the hotel management and tell them that prostitution is going. LOL. Have cops go against cops. I've also read that the burden of proof is on the arrested party. So either show proof that the police heavily lured you into the trap and kept asking you to come is illegal entrapment. I'm no lawyer but can anyone confirm or deny this info?
