I can second that regarding the asian gals and "no. " It seems they are culturally raised to act demure and reluctant. But more often than not when I've had an AMP girl tell me "no," I just keep pressing the issue and ignore her protestations. It's not too long before they stop pushing away and let you have some fun. So I was at Sakura the other day.

Yes, D&C is legit. Do not even try anything sexual. They do an awesome job and if you are insistent, refuse to be covered on the flip. Most of them will relent and if they do not, don't tip them. Yes, next block done, in the office complex that (LEGIT) Manring Massage was in, actually same place, Manring closed in December due to health reason mainly.

If you go in.
