After reading the comments. I am going to agree with you JOR. The Provider should know that area is considered high risk / paranoia for a LEO visit. Plenty of other options in the Cleveland area for setting up shop. And only a few minutes away from Indy.

I'm in the same boat as you Cheech, divorced and don't have anything like that holding me back, if they were to do it to me I would clam up and win it in court. I've ran the scenario through my head and I know exactly what I would do in the position. I know for a fact that it is true that they do bust with no evidence, I have heard from a few different providers that they busted them in this way. They consider that that you are responding or in a provider's case posting an ad offering the services or on a site that is known to offer the services to be enough evidence. Which is BS because the websites are not blocked and could be used for dating as well. I will say that I did look up one of the providers articles that told me this and she actually did make statements to the police instead of clamming up. So if I were to guess the pigs rely on the shock factor of the wrongful arrest with no evidence and use that as a weapon to try to get people to talk, which as you said, the guys in positions that are married probably would start talking and bawling their eyes out in fear. Definitely not me. That being said as budd stated they probably do give off wrong vibes that would definitely trigger a veterans spidey senses.

Last December I responded to a new ad with a good looking girl on the Youngstown board. "She" basically asked me to be specific on what I want. My spidey senses lit up so I responded "I want to hold hands and sing Church songs together". "She" responds back LOL and insists on still setting up a date. Turns out that was the the ad that was used for the Liberty sting last December. Even though I only said "I want to hold hands and sing Church songs" had I actually showed up I would been busted the moment I arrived. I think as soon as the John shows up he's busted. Had I showed up and got busted, I must likely would have beat the case in court. But my picture and name would have already been on the evening news and papers. Most of the guys that were busted probably negotiated a deal and never make it to court. It's basically just a publicity show for prosecutor's and law enforcement. I think either way your getting busted even if you don't say anything incriminating.

Personally, unless a girl has been reviewed on here I get outcall, pick her up and get my own room. Sure it costs me an extra $75.00 or so, but that's a lot less expensive than a lawyer.

Even if I've seen a girl several times I prefer to get my own room. That way you can be sure that if she got busted recently she's not stinging her clients to get out of the shit. Remember most of these girls are addicts, and they associate with people who are doing business. If they happen to be with their pharmacist when the shit goes down, and if he happened to have a lot of material with him she could be trying to get out of a long sentence. Also, especially now with all this extra money floating around some may want to go into business for themselves without a lot of experience, which is a recipe for disaster. Girl gets popped with 8 or 10 little baggies or balloons of dope she's got a 4 year problem at the minimum.
