Seeing as how I only went to Follies one time and it was a Sunday afternoon and so crowded there was no place to sit and so smoky I could not stay long. That said, many of the girls at Vivid say they worked at Follies but it is far more open and visible than what I remember from Follies. Someone more familiar with Follies layout can better describe. It would be very hard to get actual FS on the floor of Vivid.

Posts: 139That's a big problem with trying to acquire and build upon another club's name and reputation. It is so dependent on word-of-mouth. I assume many potential customers are reluctant to go simply because they've heard someone say "It's not like Follies. " This club should probably either 1) use the knowledge of those who formerly worked at Follies to accurately recreate that atmosphere and experience, or 2) quickly establish its own selling points (e. G. Lots of space, elegant ambiance, attractiveness of staff, it becomes a "real" nightclub, etc.).

Went once, was extremely disappointed with the interaction offered by staff. I think the actual club is amazing plenty of space. The only thing they actually need is a stage. I like so many others will not return untill several positive reviews are entered.

Yes, they are trying but failing miserably so far. I've not had much success and most the reports are pretty dismal. I've had FS VIP but it was rushed and she wasn't all that into it. Just wanted her money. I don't think I'll return unless I hear several good reports.

Posts: 1156Vivid is already trying that
I was there last Saturday evening late, and by 9 PM I was the only one inside the club area except the evening bar tenders. Once day shift dance sat with me for awhile eating while waiting on her ride and said if she danced she had to pay $125 to the house. By 9:30, I left. I can be alone at home. They were gearing up for the nightclub.

Posts: 135Had 2 I played with in and otc from Follies. One I've stayed in touch with for the last year. She told me last week starting in April Vlive is making a big push to create a relocated "Follies. " During the day it will be one club and at night a different type club. You know what I know now.

Some would even previous FS outside the VIP. Definitely would times!
There are also times I've had similar service at Wax, but it's definitely got or miss, plus it goes in cycles. Sometimes I go months not going to Wax until the GPS girls cycle through.

Posts: 9How's Tattletales in the age of COVID-19?
Last time I was there was shortly before lock down. The lack of cigarette smoke was nice, due to new ATL ordinance. Spent some $ on a dancer who was OK but annoying in conversation. Know it all about Jeffrey Epstein.
Anybody been recently?

Posts: 48What made Follies great was the sheer number and volume of young exotic women it had (Puerto Rican, Spanish, African, Mexican, White, etc). I think they would have over 100 girls working every night, which is why the line outside was so long due to fire marshal codes. I use to tell all the girls who wanted a dance I was drinking right now and needed to loosen up and just wait until a girl "naturally" talk up and flirted my willie to rock solid. Then I would get some dances from her. There were so many girls, that it could literally be more girls than patrons. Plus they had the secret want to be VIP couches for the same regular price of $10/ song.

Posts: 678Even a headache is better than the Rona. I've had shingles because I was told I didn't need to worry about it at the time. There wasn't a chickenpox vaccine when I was a kid, and I got chickenpox as a 6 year old. I have scars till this day due to scratching. If there is a vaccine for it, I'll take it. To hell with all that "I'll be tough" garbage. I'd rather not get sick.

Posts: 678I got the one shot j&j. A doctor friend of mine pointed me to it. I registered and got in. It is the one advantage of being fat. My BMI of 32 got me over the 30 hump here. I even called my doc to make sure.

My vision is great now, just need a touch of reading glasses, but that's not a biggie. The shingles sucks. Had it for 12 weeks.
I survived a night, or was it morning, at the crystal palace. I survived boones farm. I feel almost immortal.
Now I just need a blonde bimbo with big tits shoving them in my face.

My arm was sore for 36 hours on both doses; after the first shot I was a little more tired than usual for about a day but no other effects. After the second dose, I had a headache 5-6 hours later but took Advil and knocked it back. Overall, really didn't have any reaction. YMMV. I was also very lucky to be way early in the vaccination line.
The great part is feeling more freedom and much less likely to get sick, but the downside is still having to remember to bring a mask everywhere. I'm ready to drop that habit.
Also, for all you guys who are 50+, make sure you get your shingles vaccination. Trust me, that's a virus you do not want to contract.

That's what I've heard too. I know a few older folks who fell ill for several days after their second Moderna shot. Not sure what reactions people are having with the Pfizer or Johnson and Johnson vaccines.

Posts: 1868Could be; most people, if they're going to have some aches, seem to have them after dose 2, but occasionally on the first dose.

Posts: 13634First or second shot? The VA called me out of the blue the other day and said they had extra doses left over and asked if I wanted to come in for my first shot. Did so and have a helluva headache today. Not sure it's related to the vaccine though.
