I spoke with a doctor about this a while back and asked about Dapoxetine. It's an anti-depressant but can work to delay orgasm. I've been trying to cut back on 2188 because it adds up but they keep getting me with the Wechat images. I know they are usually fake but some have been very close to if not the actual picture.
