The girl in the first 3 photos are Ally, who was posted by the name of Lilly. The girl in the last photo is probably the real person.

I know Ally and her situation. She has been through a lot but I was in contact with her but it has been spotty lately with all the numbers I have for her.

I noticed that ad which had listed a blonde / redhead earlier and now changed it to black. There was a separate ad with Ally's photos posted over the weekend which looked more like her ad style and different set of photos.
