There really is no list of reliable providers. I would say 90% of the girls are flakes and the remaining 10% are only less flakey. I would advise you to look at this whole thing like fishing. We can give who worked for us at what time and you could contact them, do all the same things and they just don't bite. The other thing you can try is over paying. It's still a gamble and a bad idea but they are more likely to get back to you if they know you over pay. I tried that myself. It worked until it did not and ultimately was not worth it.

I know Ally and her situation. She has been through a lot but I was in contact with her but it has been spotty lately with all the numbers I have for her.
