For what it's worth, I wasn't offended. I think the point is that providers have a perspective too, and like most people they like a easy job vs a harder one for the same money. Maybe put it less personal terms. If you bring a clean car in to get detailed the guy doing it is going to prefer that vs a really dirty car. Makes sense to me. I'm sure someone can poke holes in my example about how much you'd pay for each car, but I hope the point is clear. And let's not forget that most providers don't get into the business because of a love of hard work.
