I think everyone at Yili Spa (Fremont neighborhood) is under 40, and one might consider one or two of them attractive. They're always focused on how much of a tip they're going to get, which is kind of a turn off.

Symmetry Spa on Greenwood Ave also usually has women under 40, although as far as I can tell, it's totally legit.

Recently saw Candy at ET. I have always like ET due to no appointment needed and if I need a quick fix I can go in there. Candy has a very nice body built for fun.
