Called to see when Honda would be available I made an appointment at 3. I left work early drove to the other side of town got there 10 minutes early to make sure I wasn't late. The girl said she wasn't there yet. Ok no big deal I was early. Asked if I wanted to see someone else I said no I would wait. Not sure I will ever try that place again. And they get pissed at us for wasting there time and no consideration for our time at all not professional IMO!

That sucks, sorry you had to go through that. You said that the girl at the desk seemed to have an attitude. I haven't been to Serenity yet but I called there to see when Honda would be working and whoever was on the phone seemed rather rude as well, maybe the same girl. I'm always shocked that they are able to charge what they do at Serenity. If they read this and I know they follow this site, the only way to make it up to you should be a free session and I mean totally free, door fee and tip to Honda FREE! She wasted your time with no regard and then the attitude from whoever was working. Total FREE session is the only decent thing to do.
