Based on past history, I take this to, basically, mean that the entire enterprise that WAS operating at the Massage Connection location on Semoran Blvd has up-and-relocated to the building where Milk Massage Spa WAS operating previously. In not uncommon fashion, Keiko has simply "assumed" the business name (and maybe the business license) of the former business at this E.
