I looked up northwest Cook County.

I had no idea that Schaumburg and Arlington Heights were in Cook County. That's way out of where I expected this stuff to be happening.

This is also outside the usual time frames we associate with this activity. In past years I remember seeing this around superbowl time and in late July.

She is legit, serious baby damage though, some of the worst I've seen, that is the main thing I remember about her. I think she had a decent menu and performed OK, nothing to write home though.
