I honestly haven't gone to an upscale place, but I have gone to no HE places before (or where it's not their thing but you have to get lucky to get one), and basically for a $60 for an hour thing, I'd tip $15-20.

If one's expecting a higher tip % than a waitress when they're full-legit, IMO, they're out of their mind. I gave $20 to a gal one time at a 'legit' place who utilized the full time, but kept me draped. I could tell there was no HE in the making, but I wanted a massage. It was $60, I gave her $20 and she seemed kinda sad as if I tipped her $10. IMO, tipping them 20-25%, is what they Should expect. I've had others be just fine with that, but the wind will blow on the chances of their being disappointed which is just nuts.

It was only a few years ago that 40/20 to get a standard-ops, no-frills HE was a-OK! Sheesh! .

You wanting HE is assumed when she asks you " do you want to turn over?" and you flip over face up.
Most will expect tip to match door fee so 40 or 60. Some want more for topless etc. She'll tell you.

This was my first experience ever doing something like this. Eve at Panacea was really sweet. She was extremely nice and her touch and massage was pretty good. I paid for an Hr and. 6 for the tip at the end, I didn't get all of the time I paid for, but that's okay. I went in with only the intent of getting a decent massage, and some extra cash just in case of a HE. She wasn't topless, but I didn't ask or mention if she would. Eve made me feel comfortable (even though she didn't know it was my first time). I can see how this hobby can get expensive so I think I'll only be doing this as a special treat once a year.

Went in one day for walk in to see who was available, Alison said she was the only one available. I said I left money in my car and went out to retrieve it. Heavily debated on just leaving as I didn't necessarily feel an instant attraction but little head won over big head. Opted for Hhr and immediately she's like speed rubbing me, totally not enjoyable. I asked her to slow down and she did and it was more enjoyable, but still average or slightly below for panacea. On to the flip and a mention of tipping, which I dislike. Overall the visit was ok, I think I paid 40 door + 60 finish for some clothing removal on top.

Wouldn't choose her again but if I did a walk in and she was the only one I'm not sure if I would go for repeat.

All in all Panacea is a great place to visit IMO.

Longtime board member from the Detroit area and used to post under a different name but I had to change my profile a number of years back due to some complications. I found myself in the area on business last week and always wanted to visit serenity due to the glowing reviews. I tried to book with Marie but she was booked up for the time frame I was requesting so I took an appointment with Jay.

Jay was a very pretty MILF type with long black hair. Needless to say I got my full hour and left extremely happy. I even got to enjoy a Coors light during the massage. The room had a wonderful ambience, a fireplace, and was very cozy. For my first visit I couldn't be more pleased and will surely be back again when I find myself out on the west side.

God I wish the Detroit establishments would take some notes from Serenity.

Saw her not to long ago and was satisfied. She is bigger than I thought she would be but has been in the profession a while to know how to work a body. Door fee plus tip total. 8.

I heard she has open menu after the first meeting but we will see if I return.
