Are we talking about the same Norton at MW? Because I've never seen any homeless and the building doesn't look that old to me. Just asking for my own curiosity and security. I was passing by Norton building and I saw a homeless man wipping his ass right in front of the building wit newspaper. It was not the first time that I have seen crazy stuff by that building but the building is definitely a B- building in A neighborhood.

I'm pretty sure we are all talking about the same place when we mention Norton. It's across the street from a large parking lot separated from Norton by tall wall. The wall is lined by small trees and shrubs. I've seen homeless people taking shelter there with makeshift tents many times. Also, more than once, I've seen a LEO parked in his car watching people and mongers go in and out. That location doesn't sit well with me and I try to avoid it if I can.

I don't think those busts ever hit the news afaik. I can be wrong, but I never try to look it up past whatever someone says.
