I've been thinking along the same lines: review sites (or at least some of their content) seem unreliable. Disregarding YMMV situations--many of them--is there a decent piece of software to catalog our collective or individual thoughts and experiences with providers? For example, I'd like to find something relatively simple to keep track of providers, their cities, their rates, their services, their profile photos, contact details, etc..

Specifically, as I've scoured the profiles in SA, as well as other sites, I've considered using Excel or Access to create a central, unified database or spreadsheet that has the details that are important to me. But that might be way more trouble than it's worth. And, obviously, the damn thing would be incredibly incriminating if an SO found it--I don't hobby when I have an SO--but it would be oh-so useful, too. Imagine joining SA for a month, collecting a bunch of attractive member profiles, beginning conversations with them outside the SA environment, and discontinuing your SA membership when you'd accumulated enough to keep you busy for a while.

Suggestions?

I could probably build this (I'm back end so the front end may not be pretty), but I think there are a couple considerations:

1. Hosting. Got to make sure the domain registrar, host, and cdn are no us based unless the site is squeaky clean.

2. How will the site make money to stay afloat since non US based is a bit more expense.

3. What sites to scrape for sources? I'll probably write an ml model to do unsupervised clustering (also supervised classification after some data is collected) to try and identify providers across sites. (It would be interesting to get the velocity of provider dimensions like number changes, location changes. Could predict their future movements and price variations locally and globally).

4. What mechanism of social weight to give to reports? Who will we trust about robs, bait-and-switch, etc. ? Probably it would be interesting for form a distribution of reviews by user name, and then you could choose users you specifically trust because their reviews are similar to yours, and then get a "total" distribution alongside your "followed-users" dimension.

5. Potentially could make a "contest" jackpot where users can contribute nominal money to, collectively getting it disbursed to a single contributing user to go do boots-on-the-ground investigation of new users. That is more long term, and it has to be a contest since lotteries are illegal.

Those are my top-of-the-mind thoughts. Not sure if any are worthwhile.

Just spent a week down in FL. Saw nine ladies, 3 more than once. Was in Tampa, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale. Never paid more than 250/ hr or 180 for hh. I agree the ladies here want way to much, but you forget the cost of living in Florida in many areas is less than here. Probably not for long though.

Ya it seems the west coast providers have that GPS. I have met a few great ladies here but as you said the rates here are insane, especially for some ladies that are just pure safety and barely want you to touch them. I looked at other rates in different states. OR, NV and CA seem the highest. Hell not even NY is as bad as here. Florida, Texas, Wisconsin and Tennessee I am eyeing in the next few years LOL. Oregon seems to be a done deal.

I disagree. They are quite rare, but they do exist. This one meets all of SeriousPepper's criteria: Hard-drug-free (but loves her wine!) 1- highly subjective (cost vs benefit is not standard, and providers often have unique rates for sites / clients / etc.).

2- also subjective (some consider weed a 'drug'. Maybe she was loopy one session from prescription meds for whatever reason that weren't pain pills).

3- you'd never really know (many of the 'independent' providers have a 'concerned boyfriend' who 'looks out for them'.

4- unreliable request (providers run a business, but never act like business owners. One day they'll go nuts about a cancellation, whereas a week before it was no big deal).

Your spirit is in the right place, but things are far too subjective to actually have such a thing. Even if one of us put the list together, a chorus would come through with the 'not in my experience' responses, and we'd be back at square one. And this doesn't even get into providers claiming things like BBFS never go down, so if you said 'well so-and-so on whatever-board said' you'd get shut down quickly, and may ruin that dude's regular.

Ya I got warned because a member was asking for safe options in the same area as me. I gave him a few but it was a "reply" on a post. I got a warning and a yellow mark of some sort. I argued with Sol. The guy does not know the difference between promotion and lending a helping hand. Reviews? That is a fucking promotion of ladies. Simply helping a dude who was new to the area and getting a ding on my prolfile pissed me off. I laid into Sol about how strict they seem to be with hobbyists and soft on the providers, I asked if they pop providers that have rob alerts, or threat alerts. No response. I sent another "I guess that was a touchy question" I was very surprised they did not just ban me but all my green dots are from providers and my best bet is Sol seen my profile, all of the references and who has given me points. I am honest and tna is no longer a strong research site. I search numbers and look for other reviews. TNA is now a provider run site. It was not that bad when J was watching over it but damn now I just get a kick out of the idiots like Calcifer, Molly Lane and the others who just create drama. I also asked him about providers ganging up and pushing red points on hobbyists strictly for asking a question in the discussions section! No response. Apparently they are ok with bullying as long as providers are the ones doing it. Sol is a pointless head with an air hole. The other two I had heard were providers or retired providers.

I liked it better when the top end goes providers just knew to offer BBFS for the guys with money.

I respect Sara. She's an advocate for the women but she does call out their bullshit as well. She's a straight shooter in my opinion. I don't always agree with her but it's usually over the philosophy of BBFS, but I get her position. I think it would be better if people would be open about BBFS. It's nor rapey to openly ask. The sneaky guys breaking condoms is rapey. A guy asking if the lady will play bare is honest and not looking to do anything wrong.
