I bet that dude took a plea bargain and didn't stand trial. I was offered a plea deal with loads of community service and told the ADA to stick it up their ass. I went to court and got "time served", the 3 hours I spent in central booking, no probation or anything else. I would have preferred 60 days to years of probation but it didn't even get that far. The state's attorney was pissed.

I moved here six years ago. There were a number of things that would get you busted where I lived before. If you had a condom, busted. If you said you were just there for the massage, busted.
