Nice Guy 99, your headline is misleading. Here is the actual directive (link posted above). It only mentions Penal Code 653.22 (a)(1), which concerns loitering with the intent to commit prostitution. This applies narrowly to "streetwalkers" who wait out in the open with the intent to entice customers. It also applies to patrons who are present with the intent to engage a streetwalker. The key action for this particular crime is loitering.

Penal Code 647 (b) covers engaging in or soliciting prostitution. It's very much still on the books, and is not impacted by this directive.

I was there this afternoon. A little less expensive than what you've posted. Still an expensive HJ but they have young hotties.
