I think it all depends on your interests and how you vibe with people. I've had success across all age categories. My two best SB's were 18 and 42 (ish) when I met them. You do have to tailor your mindset and approach to the age somewhat, as there really are generational and cultural differences, but you can learn that as you go and make a sport of it.
