Let me first say that I have been lurking for a while on USASG and FINALLY decided to take the plunge for the first time. I was deciding between Panacea and Serenity as I have read good reviews on both. Wasn't sure what to expect so I did not make an appointment due to my nervousness of what info they may ask for.
